Re RELAYING INFORMATION - MR. EZIZI'S COMPLAINT TO INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE, THE HAGUE

We would like to relay a complaint that a veteran of the Southern Azerbaijani national movement has lodged before the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The complaint was lodged by Mr. Menuchehr Ezizi, the first secretary of the Gunesh Party, in Tebriz, Southern Azerbaijan.

We add or subtract nothing to this complaint but just relay it for your information. The message inherent in this complaint reinforces those raised by our complaints. We hope you are able to build a picture out of the emerging mosaic segments a consistent message concerning the 30 million nation of the Southern Azerbaijan governed by a perpetrating Iranian system abusing the national integrity of Southern Azerbaijan.

We hope that the international institutions of law and human right will make appropriate representations to the Islamic Republic of Iran requiring them to comply with the universal declaration of human rights and to respect the national and human rights of the nation of Southern Azerbaijan.

We thank you for your solid contributions and would like to bring to your kind attention that there are hundreds of prisoners of conscience and event ordinary individuals of Southern Azerbaijan arbitrarily imprisoned that need your support.

Dear sirs

We trust you are well informed that the Islamic Republic of Iran breached human rights pledged by their own Constitution when Mass Protests were orchestrated by some one million protesters of the 30 million nation of Southern Azerbaijan from 22 May 2006 for more than a week. The protests were an outcry against the violation of human rights of Southern Azerbaijanis but the regime resorted to repression an outcome of which was extra-judiciary murdering of tens of individuals, torturing of hundreds and arbitrary detention of thousands of individuals.

Hereby, we are duly requesting your court to take the appropriate steps towards condemning the illegal acts of this regime breaching their own laws and adopt appropriate measures towards releasing arbitrarily detained individuals.
