Transportation Of Oil Via Baku-Supsa Pipeline Suspended
The Company “British Petroleum” has temporarily suspended the transportation of oil via Baku-Supsa pipeline.
Lucy Almond, Manager of Public Relation’s Service of the company, told to the journalists that BP had temporarily stopped pumping oil from Azerbaijan to Georgia through the Baku-Supsa pipeline due to “anomalies” found out in the pipeline.
BP experts said the “pipeline may be shut down” until the end of November; Britain has not disclosed any data on the essence of those “anomalies”.
The pumping of oil will not be renewed until the disclosure of the causes of the “anomalies”.
