Elmar Huseynov, Chief Editor of the weekly magazine MONITOR was shot dead Wednesday evening in Baku. Around dusk, someone shot and killed Elmar Huseynov, an opposition journalist and editor-in-chief of the Russian language Baku magazine “Monitor”. He was killed while returning home.
